AH TV is a private, invite-only app created for the Hanaa family, loved ones, and close guests. The app is designed for private family films, invitation-based viewing, and limited access based on viewing privileges assigned to each user.
This Privacy Policy explains what information AH TV may collect, how that information is used, and how you can request deletion of your account or data.
1. Information we collect
When you use AH TV, we may collect and store the following information:
- Account details: your email address, display name, and account identifier.
- Access and membership information: internal roles or viewing privileges, such as owner, family, friend, guest, or test access.
- App activity: information such as which films or videos you open or watch, and basic usage activity needed to operate the app.
- Whispers: short messages or comments you choose to leave on a film.
- Technical information: basic technical logs or diagnostic information used to help keep the app reliable, secure, and functioning correctly.
2. How we use your information
We use the information collected through AH TV only for purposes related to operating and maintaining the app, including:
- Creating and managing your AH TV account.
- Allowing invited users to access films based on their assigned viewing privileges.
- Showing your display name and whispers inside the app where relevant.
- Maintaining app security, reliability, and access control.
- Understanding basic app usage so AH TV can function correctly.
- Responding to support, privacy, or deletion requests.
3. Whispers and visible activity
AH TV may allow users to leave short messages called “whispers” on films. If you post a whisper, your display name and message may be visible to other invited members who have access to that film or section of the app.
You should only post whispers that you are comfortable sharing within the invited AH TV viewing circle.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
AH TV uses third-party services such as Firebase for app infrastructure, including authentication, database storage, hosting, and related backend services. These services are used only to operate and maintain AH TV.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, protect the security of the app, prevent misuse, or respond to valid legal requests.
5. Data security
AH TV uses reasonable technical measures to protect user information, including encrypted connections through HTTPS where supported. Access to private films is controlled through account access and viewing privileges.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but AH TV is designed to keep access limited, intentional, and permission-based.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information and associated app data while your AH TV account remains active or while it is needed to operate the app.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account as described below. Some technical backups or logs may remain for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, operational integrity, or legal reasons. These retained records are not used to serve regular app features.
7. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your AH TV account and associated personal data at any time.
To request deletion:

- Use the subject line: Delete my AH TV account.
- Send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to AH TV.
- Include your name or display name in the app.
- Confirm that you want your AH TV account and associated personal data deleted.
After receiving your request, we will verify that the email address matches an existing AH TV account. Once verified, we will delete your account from our authentication system and delete or anonymize associated personal data in our database, including membership records, whispers you posted, and app activity tied directly to your account.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
8. Deletion of specific data
If you want to keep your AH TV account but request deletion of specific data, such as a
particular whisper or viewing activity tied to your account, you may email us at:

Please use the subject line: AH TV data deletion request.
In your email, describe the specific data you want removed. For example:
- Please delete my whisper on the film “[Film Title].”
- Please delete viewing activity associated with my account.
We will review and process these requests as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Children and family content
AH TV is a private family app and may include family videos or private event films. Access is invitation-based and controlled through assigned viewing privileges. Users should not share access links, login details, guest passes, or private content outside the intended invited circle.
10. Music and third-party content
Music or other third-party creative material appearing within AH TV may be included solely as part of private, non-commercial family films. All music and third-party creative material remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Where music is used in a film, AH TV aims to display the music information and credit the respective rights holders or owners in the video card or related film details.
These credits are provided for identification and acknowledgment only. They do not imply ownership by AH TV, sponsorship, endorsement, or any transfer of rights.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as AH TV changes or new features are added. When we update this page, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
